Setup for Eudora Pro 4.0

When you first open Eudora pro it will start up the New Account Wizard. if you have already had Eudora configured for checking mail on another server skip ahead to "Changing an existing setup"

1. Click "Next"

2. Select "Create a Brand New e-mail Account" then Click "Next"

3. Enter your name as you would like it to appear  then Click "Next"

 4. Enter your e-mail address then Click "Next"

 5. Enter your Login (this will be all lower case) then Click "Next"

 6. Enter the name of the incoming mail server, this is "mail.yourdomain.com" then Click "Next"

 7. Enter the name of the outgoing mail server, this is "mail.yourdomain.com" then Click "Next"

 then Click "Finish". You are now ready to send and receive e-mail using Eudora Pro to check your mail simply click on "File" then select "Check Mail".
 

Changing an existing setup

1.  Click on "Tools" and Select "Options"

2. Click "Getting Started" and Enter your info as outlined above.

2. Click "Checking Mail" and Enter your info as outlined above.

2. Click "Incoming Mail" and Enter your info as outlined above.

 

2. Click "Sending Mail" and Enter your info as outlined above. Now Click "Okay" and you are ready to send and retrieve mail!
