Billable Services:

All services beyond the included scope will be billed at a flat rate of $175.00 per hour regardless of time or type of work. The agreement would cover all activities Mon-Fri 7am to 7pm. Certain scheduled core server and network updates would be covered. Replacements of machinery (for non-break/fix reasons) would not be covered. The addition of users and major deployment of new software including major version upgrades are subject to hourly billing. Emergency support off-hours will be billed at the fixed rate and NOT the expanded rates.
