Proactive Monitoring

Co-Managed

We install a remote monitoring and management tool on your systems. This feeds in to our systems. When we see that updates are behind, incursions are occurring, systems are failing and backups aren’t occurring, you are contacted. Whether you have us fix it or not is in your hands. All time beyond monitoring is charge per hour.

Fully Managed

Fully managed IT starts with everything included within our Proactive Monitoring service. Updates are the cornerstone of managed services – we patch all software and firmware. We maintain all systems from your network to your servers and everything in between. You only get charged for expansion of hardware/seats, major new rollouts of software and hardware upgrades/upgrade replacements.
