Time & Materials

Work done on Time & Materials basis requires support tickets be open via phone call. Upon request, a rate sheet can be made available. Our services are based on personnel required for your work (in price order) Low voltage/Help Desk/Advanced Support/Senior Architect and are billed in ¼ hour increments. Travel is charged at rate to but not from your location. (This needs to be modified – Not sure what we’re trying to say here.)

Upon a ticket creation, the issue will be placed in our standard queue. Expedite options are available, fees apply on a percentage basis – expedited time is billed in ½ hour increments and has a 1 hour minimum. All parking, tolls and materials required for your work will be billed as materials. (Can this be re-written? What are considered to be materials? We should give examples.)

Note that in order to retain documentation, utilize remote access tools and disseminate information amongst the support group team a fee of $85 per month will be assessed with a $250 start-up fee.
